In recent days I’ve heard an excessive media buzz regarding “the recession is officially over” and “recovery” has begun.  This “escape from the recession” and “recovery in 2010” message is one that has been grossly exaggerated. Did you know only 40% to 45% of American adults make New Year’s resolutions? I’ll assume those 50 to 55% who don’t make New Years resolutions did at one time, but gave up, because in the past they’ve just worn off.
